SINTERED GRAPHITE SEMI-FINISHED BILLETS AND BUSHINGS

What is a sintered billet?

It is a solid object, usually of cylindrical shape, made by metal powder metallurgy and applied as raw material for the machining of low consumption parts.

Its sintering is made through a process in which metal powders are mixed and compacted into a mold, then submitted to a thermal process in order to obtain mechanical properties.

Application

Low consumption parts machining, copper and graphite iron parts applied to axes.
